Golf Fitness: the Easiest at Home Golf Fitness Program

How do golf and fitness go together?  Why do I need golf fitness training?  What difference would a golf fitness program make to my golf game?

I can tell you all about that from what I have seen with my friend and golfing buddy, Dooley Duffer. 

Dooley had been away from the game for some years.  His career and family took priority over his time and golf, although he loved it, it just would not fit into his schedule. The health of Americans has been slowly declining for the past half century, due in part to the dramatic rise in processed junk foods which comprise the bulk of our diet, and a general lack of physical activity. Many children and young adults will find they are part of the first generation to live shorter lives when compared to their parents.

Medical researchers have made great strides over the last 10 years discovering how detrimental a poor diet and lack of exercise can be to our health, and regularly promote a well balanced, reduced calorie diet and regular physical activity. This advice is underscored by the results of a large study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology which showed that moderate physical activity reduces all causes of death by as much as 24%, and assists in promoting healthy weight loss goals.

The reason fad diets never seem to work out is because most of them get people hooked on the idea of losing weight without changing their lifestyle. Taking shortcuts never works when you are trying to lose weight, and people jump from one diet to the next try to avoid the inevitable fact that you can’t eat whatever you want and get away with it.

Benefits and Practising Sports for Children

It’s the unique benefit of sports to children. The reasons are numerous, but it is worth mentioning the supreme importance of two.

The first is the physical part, highly recommended by doctors in order to better development with regard to strengthening bone and muscle, accelerated metabolic activity and hence the physical growth. Specifically at the point of delay in growth, it is recommended to practice swimming and martial arts without forgetting that the use of protective equipment that the sport demands is essential to protect the athlete.

The second reason is related intellectual part. In sports the use of the intellect is strongly required, which increases the power of concentration and agility, while maintaining the neurons activated, which is essential for greater speed in the learning process, mainly aged between 0 and 9 years and brings positive consequences in the long term.
